28 May will be showcasing wine dinner with the legendary wine maker Raúl Pérez @raulperezbodegasyvinedos at Tinto.
Raúl Pérez crafted his very first vintage for his family’s estate in 1994 at the age of 22. Immediately staking a claim as one of the most progressive and exciting personalities in the country, Pérez has been at the forefront of what experts have declared “The New Spain” since the very inception of the movement.
Bodegas y Viñedos Raúl Pérez was founded in 2005. Almost instantaneously elevating itself to the position of benchmark estate in the appellation of Bierzo.
