Broodingly deep ruby in colour, the wine shows fragrant notes of cassis buds, ripe red and black cherries, as well as warm, complex aromas of blackberry brambles, wild rosemary and lavender. Intense and focused on the palate, the tannins are well-proportioned, lending elegance and charm throughout the long, aromatic finish. While drinkable upon release, this wine has the balance and structure to drink nicely for 8 to 10+ years.

Red garnet in colour, with a youthful purple hue, our 2021 Grounded Wine Co. California Cabernet Sauvignon leads with heady aromas of black cherry, cassis and licorice. On the palate, the wine shows ripe blackberry, dusty cocoa and sweet oak that complement the silky texture of this classic Cabernet throughout its long, aromatic finish.

The pale pink “eye of the partridge colour” of the SPACE AGE ROSÉ, favoured by premier rosé producers in southern France’s Provence region, is testament to our gentle winemaking techniques. The wine shows focused, clean aromas and flavours, featuring strawberry and Bing cherry. On the finish, the fruit continues to express acidity and tantalising flavours of fresh cherry and watermelon.
