The nose is bright & perfumed. Violet, blackberry, a little leafy with an edge of anise. Palate is pleasantly weighty with savoury, chalky tannins, and notes of blackberry compote, plum, pepper and bright fresh fennel frond. Lovely drinking at room temperature or with a light chill.
