The fruit was cold soaked on skins for 36 hours before being pressed off and fermented on solids in tank. The wine was allowed to go through partial malolactic fermentation in neutral French oak, where it underwent élevage. Elegant, with texture, bright baked lemon and a crisp orange undertone, with round tannic structure that alludes to classic Fiano.
